4 Bedroom House in Lake Harmony

Large Lakefront property with spectacular unobstructed views of Lake Harmony (has been quoted by previous guests as the best on the Lake). Our rustic 4 bedroom, 2.5 Bath home has been updated and is ready for your arrival. Many lovely meals can be prepared and enjoyed on the outdoor deck with access to a family size Weber Gas Grill. Enjoy a fun-filled day with use of 3 kayaks, canoe and paddle board (life vests included) from our lakefront dock. Also there is horseshoes, cornhole and a sweet Little Tikes turtle sandbox. Water skiing & raft riding are available with the amazing Captain Rob of Lake Harmony Watersports. For those wanting more adventure, many hiking and biking trails, white water rafting and tubing are available in nearby Jim Thorpe. For the little ones, Kalahari & Camelback (less than 30 minutes away) are 2 of the best water parks in the Northeast according to USA Today. Golf is also within 10 minutes at the beautiful Jack Frost National Golf Club or Split Rock Resort. Indoor fun continues with DVD's, board games, foosball, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Arcade Game, puzzles, books and Cable TV. There's six restaurants within 10 minutes and many more within 20 minutes. After a day of fun, spend time relaxing with family and friends around the lakefront fire pit while enjoying the beautiful sunset. Access to property is by private road in front of house.

Summary: The property is exactly as advertised. The modern kitchen is fully stocked. The view from the family/living/dining room is beautiful. Gorgeous sunrises over the lake. We love the decor and open space. Very peaceful. The owner is awesome and very reaponsive!

Summary: The accommodations had no surprises except how well equipped the kitchen was. I always bring Sharp knives and large platters and bowls but I didn't need them. I arranged to have linens and towels and Agnes was wonderful. All we had to do was relax and enjoy the lake and house.

Summary: Beautiful, picture setting right on Lake Harmony. Very clean rustic cabin like feel with modern amenities. We loved tying the rafts we brought to the dock and laying on the lake, watching the waters, skiers and boaters. Fire pit for s’mores at night, outdoor dining on the deck when we grilled one night. Ate at two local restaurants which were less than a five minute drive from the house. Absolutely recommend this house and would stay here again if and when we choose to visit Lake Harmony again. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views overlooking the lake perfect photo ops for teenagers and young adults. 5 star property and friendly accommodating owner.

Summary: The stay was excelent. Place was clean and well kept. View was outstanding, specially in the morning. Close to restaurants and store. Bill was very helpfull any questions and information we neened for the stay. Will definitely be there again.

Summary: Our visit to Lake Harmony was the perfect end of summer family trip for us and our adult children. We stayed for the long Labor Day weekend and enjoyed every moment-wish we could have stayed longer! The cabin is comfy, cute and well stocked with all we needed. Check in and out could not have been easier. We enjoyed sitting by the dock, kayaking, paddle boarding, floating, fishing and enjoying the local wildlife. Deer, chipmunks, bald eagles and even a bear. Please remember to watch wildlife from a safe distance. We had a bear walk down the street in front of the cabin Sunday evening and were able to observe safety from the front deck. The bear seemed used to people but it is still a wild animal. We were dismayed by the amount of people who were closely following the bear in cars, golf carts, bikes and on foot. It would be a shame if the bear had to be put down because people don’t respect it’s personal space. We spent most of our time at the cabin and on the lake but Hawk Falls and Boulder Field are close and worth the drive.
